Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist
Associate to work from home on the East Coast (EST).
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to patients regarding financial
processes and concerns
Handle accounts receivable functions, including cash collection and
management of financial assistance programs
Educate patients on billing and insurance issues while ensuring
compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
Customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
Familiarity with billing systems and compliance regulations is
beneficial
