Job Description:
A large local Fresno insurance firm is seeking a positive,
energetic, skilled receptionist to support their front desk. Must
be experienced in answering phones and providing administrative
support with a ?can do? attitude.
Skills/Responsibilities:
? Managing a multi- 8 line phone system
? Proper etiquette in answering/directing calls, transferring to
extensions and accurate message taking
? Ability to take on other tasks and assignments as needed
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
? Ability to type at least 40 wpm or above
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal
? Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in
person
? Must be able to perform basic office/clerical tasks: filing, data
entry, etc.

Education/Qualifications:
? 3-5 years experience
? Bi-lingual Spanish
? Experience supporting an office in addition to reception
responsibilities
? High School Diploma.
? Associates Degree Preferred
Position is offering up to $14 an hour and has room for growth and
