Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer
strategies aligned with client objectives
Analyze social media performance and translate data into actionable
insights
Mentor junior team members and manage influencer relationships from
strategy to execution
Required Qualifications
6+ years of social media and influencer marketing experience in an
agency setting
Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, advertising,
communications, business, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in social media management and analytics
tools, project management software, and paid social platforms
Proven ability to lead strategy and content direction, managing
multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong understanding of platform-specific content performance and
cross-channel marketing principles
