Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Support Engineer to provide
exceptional customer support and sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and support tickets
Provide basic troubleshooting for hosting, cloud, and networking
issues
Assist customers in selecting the right plan or service based on
their requirements
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and
networking
Ability to work on a shift schedule to provide timely support
Previous experience in technical support, hosting, or cloud
services is a plus
