Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Business Strategy and
Development - Commerce (CPG & Retail).
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new client engagements with
mid-market CPG and Retail brands
Develop a proactive outbound sales strategy and generate new
opportunities through networking and industry events
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce,
ensuring consistent movement from outreach to closed business
Required Qualifications
Proven sales leadership with a track record of driving at least
$1M+ in annual revenue
Expertise in integrated media and understanding of CPG and Retail
Media
Demonstrated success in outbound sales and self-generated pipeline
building
Established network of decision-makers in CPG and Retail
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and craft compelling
narratives for client engagement
