Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Growth Manager (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
Track incremental growth by producing reports and analyzing
trends
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to optimize processes
and report on expansion opportunities
Identify and implement automation tools to streamline workflows and
enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B marketing, SaaS, or agency
setting
Strong analytical skills for tracking revenue and identifying
growth opportunities
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to influence teams and ensure adherence to best
practices
A proactive mindset focused on efficiency and process
improvement
