Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Voice of Customer
Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee a holistic Voice of Customer (VoC) program
aligned with strategic objectives
Design and implement processes to capture and analyze customer
feedback across multiple channels
Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate customer insights
into business strategies and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in customer insights or a related function,
with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing successful VoC programs in a SaaS
or technology environment
Strong technical acumen and analytical skills with experience in
data analysis tools
Competency in customer feedback platforms such as Qualtrics and/or
Medallia
