Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns and track
performance
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns from ideation
to optimization
Drive strategy and insights across the full marketing funnel,
including paid media and owned channels
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in scaling performance marketing channels in
a high-growth environment
Expert knowledge of paid marketing platforms, including Google Ads
and Meta Ads
Experience with Affiliate Marketing and SEO
Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into
optimizations
Understanding of the crypto market and regulatory landscape
