Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing team of solar customer service
professionals
Develop standard operating processes and procedures to support New
Homes customer service
Analyze and monitor team performance to improve operational
efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications,
marketing, or related field
8-10+ years of professional work experience, including 5+ years in
solar customer service operations
3+ years of experience in New Homes sales operations leading large
teams
Strong leadership and team development skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high growth
environment
