Job Description:
A company is looking for an Informatics Pharmacist, Clincl.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, build, test, and troubleshoot medication-related work
within the Epic Willow suite
Collaborate with pharmacy informatics personnel for integrated
solutions and maintain order sets and formulary changes
Serve as a liaison between pharmacy and IT and participate in
relevant committees
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Epic certification in supported modules or ability to obtain within
6 months of employment
Experience with regulations and system monitoring to meet
requirements
Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy or equivalent in
the working state
Experience training others
