Our client is currently seeaking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join Their healthcare team for a 13 week travel contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and quality of life.

*Duties*
* Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments.
* Develop individualized care plans that address specific patient needs and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, including trigger point therapy and outpatient rehabilitation.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for improving mobility.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical terminology standards.

*Experience*
* A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
* Active California PT license required
* Client open to background. - Hospital Critical Care or Home Health preferred
* Willing to accept Local and Travel providers for this assignment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,126.00 per week
