Currently, they are in search of a Dietitian who aligns with their values and vision, ready to make a significant contribution to their mission.Reporting to the COO and CNO, the Hospital Supervisor of Nutrition Services oversees patient care throughout the facility.The Hospital Supervisor of Nutrition Services collaborates closely with a diverse range of departments to ensure that patient nutrition aligns with both medical needs and operational goals. They work alongside dietitians and nutritionists to develop patient-specific meal plans and dietary guidelines and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure effective implementation, especially for patients with special feeding requirements or dietary restrictions. Close collaboration with physicians and clinical staff allows for the seamless integration of dietary care within patient treatment plans, while communication with the pharmacy team ensures awareness of potential food-drug interactions and the appropriate timing of meals with medications. To maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, this individual works with infection control and environmental services to ensure that all food preparation and service protocols are strictly followed. Additionally, they partner with administration and finance departments on budgeting and procurement to manage costs without compromising nutritional quality.
