A company is looking for a Payroll Country Lead, Global Payroll
- US & Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes in the
specified country/region
Lead and monitor global payroll implementation projects, ensuring
timely delivery
Develop and standardize payroll processes and provide ongoing
support during and after implementation
Required Qualifications
Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
Expert legislative knowledge in the specified country/region
Experience in payroll implementation
Proficiency in local payroll tools and software such as SAP and
Excel/Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with experience in
accounting/reconciliations
