Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Architect - Client Onboarding
to execute discovery and analysis of third-party payroll systems
for integration with the Benefitsolver system.
Key Responsibilities
Perform payroll requirements gathering, functional and data
analysis, and system payroll design and configuration
Lead discussions on ongoing deduction files, retroactive
adjustments, and closed-loop payroll
Maintain payroll documentation and provide project communication
and status updates to clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of implementation and payroll
integrations experience
Experience in data analysis for system requirements and ETL
processes for data transactions
Expertise with Excel; familiarity with Access, XML, JavaScript, and
ETL tools is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a
fast-paced environment
Exceptional client relationship and consultative skills
