A company is looking for a Coordinator, People Service
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to
HR, benefits, and payroll
Provide customer service through the PSC inbox and perform data
audits
Facilitate New Hire Orientation and execute routine HR tasks
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in HR or administrative roles
High standards of professionalism
Customer service experience with a strong customer-focused
mindset
Experience with Workday is a plus
HR service center experience is a bonus
