Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiting Lead to manage full lifecycle recruiting for specialized, high-clearance roles in national security and defense programs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct full lifecycle recruiting, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Identify and engage top candidates through active and passive sourcing techniques, utilizing advanced tools
Develop targeted outreach strategies and maintain talent pipelines for contingent hiring efforts

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, focusing on high-clearance DoD and IC positions
Proven success in sourcing and securing highly cleared candidates for technical roles
Expertise in active and passive sourcing methods, including engagement with professional networks
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and clearance-focused job boards
Strong knowledge of government contracting and proposal-based recruiting strategies
