A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer -
Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers with queries and troubleshooting while building a
repository of helpful resources
Act as the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with the Product
team to share insights for product improvement
Assist customers via a ticketing system and engage with engineering
teams to resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing support role with changing
priorities
Technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts and
web-based technologies
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Experience in troubleshooting and assisting customers through a
ticketing system
Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical
individuals
