Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Coach for a 13-week assessment
and transformation engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments through stakeholder interviews and team
observations to identify pain points
Provide coaching to teams and Product Owners to enhance execution
and alignment with business outcomes
Facilitate workshops to create a future state vision and deliver an
Agile/Product Improvement Roadmap
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience coaching Agile teams and leaders
Project Management or Product Owner Certification
Expertise in Product Owner coaching and backlog refinement
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
Agile coaching certification(s) strongly preferred
