Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator to
manage patient registration and insurance verification
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as the initial service ambassador to referral sources,
patients, and caregivers, providing high-quality service
Responsible for the accurate entry and verification of patient
information in relevant software systems
Processes insurance verifications and ensures timely registration
of patients for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
preferred
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
At least one year of relevant experience in a professional setting,
preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
Commitment to personal and professional growth through
