Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support a team responsible for cash posting and credit
processes
Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for accurate
payment posting
Train and evaluate team members to enhance performance and resolve
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
management
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle
management software
Understanding of healthcare regulations related to cash posting and
credits
