Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach to support
prospective students through the inquiry, application, and
admission phases.
Key Responsibilities
Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while
maintaining high customer service standards
Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them
through the enrollment process
Advise on suitable programs and maintain accurate records of
prospective students in the CRM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer
experience, or sales
Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student
database
Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment targets
Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends or evenings
if necessary
