Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Support Specialist, US Based
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide centralized operational support to the escrow branch,
including reviewing documents and preparing closing documents
Evaluate and manage real estate contracts and supporting documents
to ensure accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with branch operations and communicate effectively with
Escrow Officers regarding file updates and issues
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated understanding of the real estate transaction
process
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high volume
environment
Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
Experience in assessing risk and identifying discrepancies
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage
competing demands
