A company is looking for a Resource Planning Consultant -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis using complex statistical methods to identify
trends and anomalies
Create long-term forecasts for volume and headcount plans for
supported workgroups
Recommend KPIs and metrics for measuring business results and
workforce gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of workforce management experience
3+ years of quantitative analysis or research experience
Strong experience in forecasting using various statistical
models
Expertise in Excel, including macros and data integration
