Job Description:
A company is looking for a Statistical Data Analyst Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide insights through statistical and analytical methods to
senior leaders regarding the health of the Claims organization and
its processes
Focus on claims content management and key metrics agendas while
driving strategic projects to enhance claims processes
Mentor lower-level analysts and lead project work
Required Qualifications
A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
OR a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of
analytical work experience
OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study
and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
Proven advanced analytical, statistical, and technical methods
Proficiency in SQL, with knowledge of SAS, R, or Python, plus
Tableau or Power BI preferred
