A company is looking for a Sr. Principal, Business Evolution
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to drive
alignment on project scope and objectives
Develop and manage integrated project plans, tracking progress and
identifying risks
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate
project updates to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in management consulting, business
transformation, or a similar role
10+ years of analytical skills with a proven ability to structure
complex problems and drive insights
10+ years of project management experience, managing multiple
projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a
related field; MBA or Master's preferred
Experience with organizational design, change management, or
process improvement initiatives
