A company is looking for a ServiceNow CSM Senior Technical
Consultant for a remote working contract opportunity in the USA or
Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and implement CSM solutions
Run workshops and write stories and documentation
Act as the project lead for ServiceNow initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with CIS and CSM is essential
Certification in CSA and CAD is essential
Proven ability to work independently
Strong consultancy skills
