Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist healthcare providers with inquiries related to the
Utilization Review Program
Onboard new providers and ensure timely processing of documents and
data management
Implement training for internal staff and ensure adherence to
service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in utilization review, healthcare
call center, or clinical customer support
Familiarity with computers and Windows PC applications
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High School Diploma or GED required
