Job Description:
A company is looking for an Epic MyChart Analyst to support,
optimize, and maintain the Epic MyChart application.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic MyChart application to
improve the patient portal experience
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to implement MyChart
enhancements, including telehealth and appointment scheduling
features
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MyChart functionality,
integrations, and user access
Qualifications:
Epic MyChart certification required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience)
2+ years of experience working with Epic MyChart or other patient
portal technologies
Strong understanding of EpicCare Ambulatory, patient access, and
revenue cycle workflows is preferred
Experience with FHIR, APIs, and integrations between Epic and
third-party applications is a plus
