Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Navigate) to build
technology aimed at helping students graduate college.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify business
requirements and implement solutions
Independently design, estimate, and deliver features while serving
as a subject matter expert
Support operations by resolving performance issues and coordinating
with other teams for smooth development processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience with
2+ years of software development experience, or a Master's Degree
with 1+ years of experience
Proven development experience with Ruby on Rails
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and product
management teams
