Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project
outcomes
Manage tasks, deadlines, and progress using project management
tools
Coordinate and execute events, ensuring alignment with the
company's mission
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or
event planning
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
Experience in residential solar development and financing
strategies preferred
Strong understanding of B2B2C business models and customer
dynamics
