Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Peer/Recovery Coach App
Group Moderator.
Key Responsibilities
Moderate app chats and engage members by initiating discussions
related to recovery experiences
Manage member interactions, ensuring a supportive environment and
addressing any violations of community guidelines
Document member engagements and collaborate with peer support
specialists for follow-up when necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Completion of relevant training courses as a Peer Specialist or
Recovery Coach in substance use disorder or mental health
recovery
Reliable internet access in a private space
Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and software tools such
as Microsoft Office and Teams
Ability to document member engagements in an electronic record
Willingness to share personal lived experiences with mental health
and/or substance use conditions
